AvensaTravel organizes each holiday according to the wishes and needs of our clients, and takes the local culture and society into account while making each holiday itinerary. Nevertheless, we cannot be held responsible for any alterations in an itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, road blocks, political friction, or other situations beyond our control.
We recommend you to obtain travel and cancellation insurance to ensure coverage in case of unforeseen emergency. You can find various appropriate options online.
How we work?
Based on a personal conversation with us, by phone or by Skype, we can compose a personalised holiday for you. We take into account your wishes, needs, abilities, time limitations, expectations, and budget. Using this information we send you a proposal which we will refine based on your comments and suggestions until we achieve the perfect holiday programme. After your approval we will send you a first invoice of 30% of the total amount. Six weeks before the holiday we will send you a second invoice of 70%. After receiving your final payment we will send you your personal holiday information package, which includes an extensive holiday description with useful information, tips, and your vouchers.
Cancellation and refund policies vary, depending on the cancellation date and which travel components are booked. Any cancellation by a client must be made in writing and acknowledged by us.
